It’s clear that the use of artificial intelligence in everyday life is on the rise. In fact, global spending on AI technologies is expected to reach over $52 billion by the year 2021, according to a 2018 report from the International Data Corporation. Companies are turning to AI to solve small and large scale problems including right here in Atlanta where a local data scientist is using machine learning to fight breast cancer.
